Richard is a dynamic senior executive with 20+ years experience running businesses, sales and operations. He maintains a successful track record of enhancing profitability by spearheading P&L-focused sales growth, increasing productivity, cutting costs, and minimizing client and employee attrition. Richard is a strategic thinker and inspiring leader with proven ability to manage large organizations, build strong business relationships, devise new processes, and leverage a unique blend of operational, sales, management, and accounting skills. Prior to joining SFG, Richard spent over 10 years at OppenheimerFunds Inc., serving as Executive Vice President and President. There he was responsible for all sales, marketing, relationship management and sales operations functions. Richard has also spent considerable time consulting with Private Equity firms and alternative investment management organizations.

Larry has over 25 years of experience as a commodity, equity, currency and derivative trader. Larry began his career at Chicago Research and Trading where he honed his risk management skills and rose to senior trader. Larry has been President, CEO, Senior VP of trading, Director of Global Trader Development, Senior Advisor and Director of Education at various proprietary trading firms. Larry is a highly sought after speaker and is regularly quoted in the following publications: The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, The Washington Post and the UK Guardian. Larry can be seen weekly as an expert commentator on either: CNBC, Bloomberg Television, Fox Business or Sky News. Larry joined Solutions Funds Group from Efficient Capital Management where he was instrumental in the research and development of the Multi-Strategy discipline that is used in our SFG Futures Strategy Fund.

Ronald S. Niemaszyk  |  Chief Operating Officer
With over 21 years of experience, Ron serves as a client service partner to multiple investment partnership and broker/dealer clients. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the quality delivery of audit services and ensuring all engagement needs, timelines, and goals are executed accurately and to each client’s satisfaction. Given Ron’s in-depth experience and insight relative to the entrepreneurial process, he has a solid understanding of new business ventures and the growth phases associated with them. As the organizer and general partner of a variety of real estate and other investment partnerships, Ron has had much success assisting start-up funds transition into more established funds and guiding them on matters ranging from structuring agreements and locating capital, to ongoing investor relations and tax and regulatory compliance.
